Upon arrival to  Haleiwa boat harbor you will be asked to sign a waver.  Included in this will have our safety measures and a list of questions you must answer.   A checked box  in the media section will allow Lucky Lass Haleiwa to post any pictures or videos to our website and any other social media sight or email.  Do not forger to sign and check all boxes asked.  Your safety is our utmost priority.
